The Virtual Safety Advisor gives your business access to ongoing, relationship-based support — without hiring someone full-time.
You’ll be paired with a dedicated safety advisor who works with you each month to understand your business, guide your systems, attend key meetings, and support your safety goals.
Whether you’re dealing with day-to-day risks, preparing for audits, or building safety into your leadership culture, your Virtual Safety Advisor becomes an extension of your team. You’ll get a set number of hours each month (based on your selected tier) to use however your business needs — from site visits and documentation to strategic input and workforce engagement.
The Virtual Safety Advisor is perfect for businesses that have outgrown ad hoc safety support and want reliable guidance from someone who knows their people, operations, and pressures.

What IS included in the "Virtual Safety Advisor"?
- Onboarding meeting to build your business safety profile
- Set number of hours per month (5, 10, or 15)
- Access to a dedicated advisor assigned to your business
- Use time for inspections, meetings, document development, system reviews, audits, or incident support
- Priority phone and email support (response within 24 hours)
- Access to the HSES client portal for request tracking and documentation
- Hours are scheduled and agreed in advance
- Support available Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm AWST
- 3-month minimum term
- Travel within 50km of Perth CBD included
What is NOT included in "Virtual Safety Advisor"?
- Rollover of unused hours (monthly allocation must be used within that month)
- Unlimited availability outside agreed hours
- After-hours or emergency support unless pre-arranged
- ISO-certified audit preparation or certification
- Predefined calendar-based deliverables (see Scheduled Safety Activities)
- Support outside the scope of the allocated monthly hours
- Token-based flexibility (see Flexi-Safety Tokens for pay-as-you-go support)
