About Our Business
HSES Industry Partners was founded in 2024 by Ashleigh Phillips, a Health & Safety leader with over 14 years’ experience across Australia’s Oil & Gas, construction, mining, and maintenance industries. After leading large, multidisciplinary teams across high-risk, remote environments, Ashleigh started this business to make safety more accessible to the people who often feel left out of the conversation — small to medium business owners.
She’s passionate about showing leaders that strong safety doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive — it just takes the right support. Today, we’re growing a team of like-minded professionals who share our values of Care, Partnership, Resilience, and Diversity, and who believe that practical, down-to-earth safety advice can genuinely transform how businesses operate.
